Nestled within one of Sydney’s most premium suburbs,  1-3 Spencer St Rose Bay comprises of 12 high end 3 bedroom apartments, located on the doorstep of a plethora of high quality restaurants, retail, and the cities most sought after beaches. This project has been designed by award winning Architects MHN Design Union and interiors by Poco Design.
